General File Setup Guidelines
Follow these essential steps to ensure your artwork files are ready for high-quality printing across all our products.
File Preparation
- Build art files at 100% scale (actual size)
- Resolution: 75-125 PPI (refer to templates)
- Convert all text/fonts to curves
- Convert all lines to paths
- Embed or include linked images

File Saving
- Preferred: Print-ready PDFs
- Acceptable: Flattened TIFs, AI, EPS, JPG, PSD (LZW compression)
- Do not include multi-page PDFs
- Delete template guidelines

Color & Quality Tips
- Use CMYK color mode for print files.
- For color matching, use Pantone Solid Coated (PMS) colors.
- Note: We can only match solid PMS colors — gradients or images cannot be color matched.
- RGB colors cannot be matched.
- CMYK color values may vary between different printers.
- Create gradients and effects in Photoshop to avoid issues
- Add noise to gradients to mitigate banding
- Supply Pantone numbers or a color proof for matching
